Accessibility Statement

shio.co.il is built for everyone: every visitor, whatever their abilities, device or way of browsing, can use it independently, comfortably and on equal terms — with a mouse, a keyboard, enlarged text or a screen reader. We make the site accessible in line with Ukrainian legislation on the rights of persons with disabilities.
1. Accessibility level
We have worked to bring the site in line with the W3C's WCAG 2.1 guidelines — the international guidelines for making websites accessible to people with disabilities — at level AA. Accessibility is checked on every page of the site, in Ukrainian and English, on phones, tablets and computers, and maintained with every update. Despite these efforts, some parts may not yet be fully accessible — if you come across one, please write to us and we will deal with it promptly.
2. The accessibility menu
Every page has an accessibility button (a figure icon in the bottom corner of the screen). It opens a menu where you can: turn on keyboard navigation with a clear focus marker, stop animations, view the site in grayscale, high contrast or inverted contrast, enlarge or reduce the text, switch to a readable font, increase line spacing, highlight links and headings, show image descriptions and enlarge the mouse cursor (black or white). «Reset settings» returns the display to normal, and the menu links to this statement.
3. Other adjustments
Each page's language and direction are set in the code, so screen readers read it in the right language; the site is available in Ukrainian and English. Links and buttons are standard elements reachable by keyboard (the Tab key); the first Tab on every page shows a «Skip to content» link that jumps straight to the page's content past the menu, and on the homepage you can also move between products with the arrow keys. If you have turned on «reduce motion» in your operating system, most animations on the site are shown without movement.
4. Third-party services
Outside services the site links to (for example WhatsApp) are not under our control, and their accessibility is their operators' responsibility.
5. The sites and templates we sell
This statement covers shio.co.il only. Sites, templates and themes bought through it include basic accessibility tools, but their full accessibility and their accessibility statement are the site owner's responsibility - see «Terms of Use». SHio is not responsible for their accessibility compliance.
6. Physical accessibility
SHio operates online only and has no office or service point open to the public. All service is provided through the site, by email and on WhatsApp.
