Installation, step by step
How you get and install the site
No developer and no technical knowledge needed. After payment the site is set up in your own Netlify account and is fully under your control. Here is how it works, step by step:

Pay
Add the template to the cart, enter your email, tick that you accept the terms and press «Proceed to payment». You pay on monobank's secure page by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. It's a one-time payment and the price is final.
Press «Connect Netlify»
Right after payment you get the bank receipt and our order confirmation. Within about 15 minutes another email arrives with a «Connect Netlify» button. It opens a page with a «14 days of free support» box — we recommend ticking it: then we can fix the site and connect your domain ourselves. No email? Check your Spam folder.
Sign in to Netlify
Netlify is the hosting service your site will run on (like a rented flat for a website). Sign in, or create an account for free — the free plan is enough for a business site, within its monthly allowance. Then press «Authorize».
Wait for our email
We create the site automatically in your Netlify account, with its database, photo storage and admin panel. Usually within half an hour of pressing «Authorize», and at the latest within one business day, an email arrives with the site's address and your admin-panel login and password. From then on the site, its database and its photos sit in your account and only you control them. All the content you put in is yours; the template's design and code come with a license to use them for one site (see the Terms).
Open your site
Click the address in the email: your site is already live and working, like any website on the internet.
Go into the admin panel
Sign in with your email and the password from the email. A screen opens where you change the site's texts, photos and prices, a bit like filling in a form. No programming needed.
Get the site ready for customers
The site starts with sample content. The email has a short checklist: put in your own contacts, change the password, fill in your business details and confirm the legal pages (until then they carry a «sample» note), and connect your own free Resend key so enquiries reach your inbox. Optional: ad pixels for Google, Meta and TikTok and, for shops and bookings, online payment. We'll remind you if something is still missing.
Your own domain (optional)
Want an address like yourname.co.il? Enter it with the button in the order confirmation, or send it to us during the 14 days of support, and we connect it — you only paste two lines at the company you bought it from. Or follow the step-by-step guide (PDF) attached to the email. No domain yet? The site also works on the address from the email, and you can buy a domain any time. Once the domain is live, the site adds itself to Google Search Console.

At any step, reply to any of our emails, write to support@shio.co.il or message us on WhatsApp. For the first 14 days after the site is delivered, support is free: we reply within 24 hours and fix faults — ourselves, if you ticked the support box. Questions about using the site and the admin panel are answered for a month after purchase.
