A “site on rent” usually means asking for every small change, explaining it and waiting. Sometimes it is hard even to explain what you want. With SHio Max you have your own admin panel, and you do it yourself, whenever it suits you.

The price is final: nothing is added on top. A receipt comes by email after every payment.

12 paid months, and you choose what happens next. No “buy-out” fee and no hidden terms.
Take it with you
We move the site to your own hosting account for free — with its admin panel, all its content and the domain. From then on, hosting is between you and the hosting company.
Stay with us
Everything as before: 1,450 UAH a month, hosting, support and updates. Month to month, no new term — leave whenever you like.
Want to take the site earlier? Pay the months left up to 12, and we move it to you the same way, for free.
Questions
How is this different from a builder like Wix?
With a builder you put the site together yourself. Here we make the site for your business — design, copy, setup — and all that is left for you is changing the content in a simple admin panel when you need to.
Why is this better than a designer I have to email?
You don’t have to ask anyone or wait. Changing a price, a photo or a text is a minute in your admin panel. The technical side stays with us.
What if I want to leave before 12 months?
Pay the months left up to 12, and we move the site to your account for free. If you simply stop paying, the site is paused, deleted after 30 days, and no rights in it pass to you.
What if I miss a payment?
We remind you by email. After 14 days without payment the site is paused, and it comes back as soon as you pay. After 30 days without payment the agreement ends.
Can I change my mind at the start?
Yes. Within 14 days of your first payment you can cancel and get all your money back, no reason needed.
Who owns my texts and photos?
You do. Everything you add to the site belongs to you. The sample texts on the legal pages are yours to check and confirm — the owner is responsible for what the site publishes.
